🧬 Molecule viewer

A molecule is a Fiber — atoms joined by Knits (bonds). Here are a few, drawn as 2D structural formulas from the same vocabulary MOLGANG weaves. Each single/double line is a Knit; the whole shape is the Fiber. The bonding viewer shows what a single Knit is made of; the orbital viewer shows the atoms' orbitals.

molgang-native, dependency-free structural diagrams (approximate 2D geometry, CPK-style colours). A teaching visualisation — 3D geometry and real electronic structure (RDKit/PySCF; 3Dmol.js for interactive 3D) are on the #214 roadmap.
